Corey W. Crawford
He graduated with a BAS in Architecture and lived at Taliesin, Frank Lloyd Wright’s two Masterworks in Scottsdale, Arizona and Spring Green, Wisconsin. While submersed in the beautiful world of Taliesin, Corey was involved in the construction of multiple apprentice shelters, preservation of the historic buildings on the estate, the expansion to the Analiese Dodge Bookstore at Taliesin West as well as working in the design studio of Taliesin Architects.
Architecture and Green Living is a way of life for Corey. Corey travels to Zug Switzerland, often collaborating with another Taliesin Fellow. Traveling and learning is very important. Just returning from India, Corey is now working with a non profit organization designing an Eco-Village.
Ruth Leatherman
Ruth has a background in marketing, cultural and strategic planning. “I, Corey” believe she is an asset to our team by volunteering her high energy and enthusiasm to create a witty and quirky blog, “I, Ruth Dilemma”. This blog brings a balance to all of those that are not so green. There is no doubt that her efforts to be green causes dilemmas to which everyone can relate. Ruth has amazing design ideas, a green thumb, and an appreciation of Organic Architecture. She has a great attention to detail and volunteers her time to help a cause that is important to her but also to StudiOrganic. “I, Corey” hope you agree.
Anne Fisher
Anne Fisher was a child of the 50’s and 60’s. She brings a point of view that many younger Americans haven’t experienced – remembering when plastic wasn’t so prevalent, possessions weren’t disposable, and conserving water meant not emptying the well in a dry spell.
Now a “productive member of corporate society”, Anne yearns for the 70’s revolutionary days when she and her peers believed they could change the world by making love, not war. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Join Anne as she awakens to today’s challenges, and her thoughts on changing the world by being green.
Amanda Scott
Amanda is a recent graduate from college with an emphasis of environmental studies. She has just recently purchased her first home, along with her first HOA experience. She has started her own backyard garden, rain harvesting and is highly energetic about our environment as well as humanity. She has international experiences in aiding other countries with environmental concerns.
Richard Miles
I would like to introduce Richard Miles – a man with many tastes. No matter the reason, to me, is exciting to see someone look for alternative ways to do things they still enjoy. I think Richard is fun and creative. I have been laughing at Richard’s jokes for many years now and do think – that – yes – our StudiOrganic audience will think he is funny too.
